About Fort Worth Automatic Gate Repair
We repair automatic gates — residential driveways, apartment and HOA entrances, self-storage and industrial sites. What we try to do differently is simple: tell you what actually failed, in language you can act on, before anyone starts quoting a repair.

Who we work for
Four kinds of customer, one kind of problem
A gate fails the same way whoever owns it. What changes is what the failure costs you and who you have to answer to about it.
Residential
Homeowners with a driveway gate
One gate, and it has to work every time you come home. You want to know what failed and whether it is worth fixing before anyone starts quoting.
Multifamily
Apartment and HOA properties
The gate belongs to everyone and the complaints belong to you. You need the fault explained well enough to justify the spend to an owner or a board.
Self-storage
Self-storage facilities
Tenant access is the product. A gate that will not open is a business problem before it is a maintenance problem.
Industrial
Industrial and commercial sites
Yards, warehouses and secured facilities where the gate is part of how the site controls who gets in.
How we work
You should know what happens before you book it
The hardest part of hiring a gate company is that you cannot check the work. You are told what was wrong and you either accept it or you do not.
So we publish the order we work in. If you know what gets tested first and why, you can follow along on the day — and you can tell whether the answer you get is a diagnosis or a guess.
①: Power and battery
Before anything else. A large share of gates that appear dead are gates that are not being powered.
②: The safety sensors
A gate designed to stop when something is in the way will also stop when a sensor only thinks something is.
③: Control board and limit settings
The board decides how far the gate travels and when to stop. Lost settings imitate mechanical failure.
④: The mechanical drive
Last, because the gate itself is genuinely at fault less often than the things that tell it what to do.
That order is not a script for its own sake. It is the order gates actually fail in, which means it is also the cheapest order to check them in — the quick things first, the expensive things last, so nothing gets replaced before it has been ruled out.
Either way you get a plain-English answer about what is wrong. If it turns out to be something small, we will tell you that too.

The practical details
Where we work, and what we can tell you about us
The business
We have been in business over a decade, and we are licensed and insured. Estimates are free.
Plenty of gate companies say the same three things, which is precisely why we do not lead with them. Read the section above instead — how a company diagnoses a fault tells you more than any of this does.
Where we work
Fort Worth and the broader Dallas–Fort Worth area:Fort Worth · Arlington · Dallas · Frisco · Plano · Irving · Lewisville · Carrollton · Garland · Rockwall · McKinney.
That is the actual list. If your property is not on it, call and ask rather than assuming — we would rather answer the question than have you guess.
Tell us what the gate is doing
You do not need to know what is wrong with it. Describe what happens when you trigger the gate, what changed, and whether it is a home or a property you manage — that is enough for us to know what to bring.
