Contact Us
Call, or send the form and describe what the gate is doing. You do not need to work out what is wrong with it first — that is our job. Describing it accurately is the part that helps.

The more you can tell us about the gate, the more useful the first visit is.
Before you call
Five things worth mentioning
None of these require you to open anything, test anything, or go near the gate. They are all things you already know from using it.
①: What the gate does when you trigger it
Nothing at all, a noise but no movement, moves part way and stops, starts closing and reverses. This one detail narrows it more than any other.
②: What kind of gate it is
Sliding or swing, single or double, and roughly how big. If you do not know the terms, a photo answers it faster than a description.
③: How you normally open it
Remote, keypad, card reader, telephone entry, intercom, or a button inside. If one of those works and another does not, say so — that is a useful fact on its own.
④: When it started, and what changed
Gradual or sudden. Anything that happened around the same time — a storm, a power cut, a vehicle contact, recent work on the property.
⑤: Whether it is a home or a property you manage
A single driveway gate and an apartment or self-storage entrance are different jobs, and knowing which changes what we bring.
If you can only answer the first one, send that. A partial description is better than waiting until you have a complete one.

Tell us what the gate is doing
Whichever way you get in touch, the same thing helps most: what happens when you trigger the gate, and what changed. That is usually enough for us to know what to bring.
