Gate repair DFW · the complete city list
Where We Work
We repair automatic gates in Fort Worth and ten other cities across the DFW area. The list below is the whole list — not a sample, not the cities we like to mention first.
If your city is on it, we work there. If it isn't, we'd rather you know that in the next ten seconds than after a phone call.

The DFW cities we service for gate repair
Eleven cities. That's the complete service area.
The work
What we do in these cities
The same work, wherever you are on that list:
- Automatic gate repair— The gate itself. Hinges, tracks, rollers, and the welding when a post or frame has moved.
- Gate opener repair— The operator. Motors and control boards, when the gate is fine but nothing is driving it.
- Emergency gate repair— A gate stuck open, stuck closed, or hit by a vehicle.
- Access control— Keypads, card readers, telephone entry, and intercom, installed and repaired.
- Commercial gate repair— Apartments, HOAs, self-storage, and industrial sites.
Not sure which one you need? Describe what the gate is doing and we'll sort it out from there.
Why it varies
Why gate repair is not the same in every DFW city
The work sounds like it should be identical across the metroplex. It mostly is — but three things change from one city to the next, and all three can change what a repair actually involves.
Access requirements are set locally
Every city adopts and amends its own fire code. Each one sets its own rules for gates that cross a fire lane. How emergency crews get through, and what the gate has to do when they arrive. Those rules genuinely differ, city to city. Two gates on opposite sides of a city line can be held to different requirements. The requirements come from the city, and the city is who to ask about them.
The ground moves differently in different places
Soil across the metroplex isn't uniform. Some of it swells and shrinks with moisture far more than the rest. Where the ground moves, it moves whatever is set in it. Posts shift, gates drift out of alignment, and a gate that tracked fine last year starts dragging or missing its catch. Same symptom, different cause, depending on what's under the driveway.
What the gate is protecting varies
A gate at a corporate campus and a gate at the end of a long residential driveway are the same machine on paper. They aren't in practice. One might cycle two hundred times a day; the other twice. Duty cycle is most of what decides how a gate wears and what gives out first.
Each city page covers what's specific to that city.
Questions
Common questions about our service area
Do you service my city if it's not on the list?
No. The eleven cities above are the whole service area. Better to say so now than send a truck on a drive that doesn't end in a repair.
Do gate rules really differ from city to city?
They do. Each city adopts its own fire code and sets its own requirements for gates across a fire lane. For the specifics where you are, start with your city page above. Then confirm with the city itself. They're the authority on their own code, not us.
Do you handle both homes and businesses?
Yes. Residential driveway gates and commercial sites — apartments, HOAs, self-storage, and industrial.

Describe what the gate is doing. That it hums and won't move. That it opens but won't close, or stopped halfway and stayed there. Say where it is, and that's enough to start.
